Tropical hat of the Dutch Armed Forces in jungle camouflage introduced into service in 1993.
Designed for fighting in dense forest terrain and high temperatures.
It has a wire in the brim, which makes it easy to shape, many ventilation holes and a permanently attached neck flap that provides protection from the sun and partially from insects.
